Community Facilities Maintenance Supervisor — Building & Grounds Lead

The role reports to the Executive Director and ensures safety, compliance, and reliable operations. The candidate will manage maintenance staff, schedule preventative maintenance, coordinate with residents and staff, and respond to emergencies.
