Job Description

We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses for our Med Surg/Tele unit. This position will allow you to contribute to patient care in a telemetry setting, collaborating with a dedicated team to provide exceptional service and support. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will deliver high-quality nursing care to patients across various medical-surgical needs.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and therapies as prescribed.
• Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Provide wound care and assist with patient hygiene and mobility.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for effective care planning.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions and medication management.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license in good standing.
• BLS certification required.
• IV Certification for LVNs is mandatory.
• NIH Stroke Certification preferred.
• ACLS certification is a plus.
