Logistics Specialist I

Penumbra seeks a Logistics Specialist I for a 9am-5:30pm shift in Salt Lake City to manage material receipts, inventory control, and domestic/international shipments in a fast-paced medical device environment. The role involves processing orders, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with production and sterilization facilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accuracy of material receipts and inventory locations for raw and finished goods
• Process domestic and international shipments including order fulfillment, data entry, and carrier scheduling
• Perform routine cycle counting and update inventory records with other staff members
• Generate daily shipment reports, issue materials to production, and ensure traceability
• Build pallets for product sterilization and coordinate shipments to sterilization facility

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ years shipping, receiving, or inventory control experience preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and inventory management software
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities
• Physical capacity to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• GMP knowledge helpful
• Ability to work in shipping, warehouse, and cleanroom environments

Compensation: $21.00–$25.00 per hour
