Exciting Opportunity: Regional Property Manager Location: Orlando, FL CORY is hiring a highly organized, execution-focused Regional Property Manager to oversee day-to-day performance across an assigned portfolio. - Overseeing entire operations for ~10 assets.
- Mentor and foster a strong relationship with teams.
- Lead initiatives to maximize NOI.
- Oversee annual operating budgets.
- 5+ years in a regional-level multifamily operations and property management.
- Able to manage multiple priorities across assets and stakeholders.
- Hands-on, self-directed, accountable professional with strong follow-through.
- CAM or CAP certifications are highly preferred.
- A history of high performance, portfolio growth, and team development.
- Base salary up to $125,000, plus bonus, based on experience.
