Freight Handler/Warehouse Associate/Unloader

Job Summary:

We are seeking reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associates / Unloaders / Lumpers to join our team in San Bernardino, CA. In this role, you’ll be responsible for unloading and handling furniture products, using dollies and other equipment to move items weighing between 50–300 pounds.

No prior experience is required — we provide full training! You’ll often work in teams of 2–3 associates to ensure tasks are completed safely and efficiently.

**Schedule:**

-Monday–Friday, starting at 4:00 PM to 12:30 am or until work is completed

-Full-time position with occasional overtime opportunities

**Pay:**

You’ll never earn less than $17 per hour, with the opportunity to make $25–$29 per hour on average through our incentive bonus pay, which is based on your productivity and performance.

**Responsibilities:**
- Unloading furniture products using dollies
- Moving items weighing between 50-300 pounds in a team setting
- Use a RF Scanner and Handcart to organize furniture
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
- Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient warehouse operations

**Qualifications:**
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Prior warehouse experience is a plus but not required
