Job Title: To-Go Attendant

We are seeking a dedicated To-Go Attendant to join our team and help us continue delivering excellent service.

Job Summary:

The To-Go Attendant provides exceptional service to members by accurately taking, confirming, preparing, and coordinating takeout and delivery orders. The role includes presenting daily specials, using club-standard language, maintaining clear communication with members and culinary staff, resolving or escalating member concerns, completing required operational documentation, maintaining the FC TO GO and Grab & Go areas, supporting related Food & Beverage operations during downtime, and completing all opening and closing responsibilities according to club standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Order Management:
  • Receive and process to-go orders accurately via phone and other systems.
  • Confirm orders with members, addressing any special requests or dietary needs.
  • Communicate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure timely preparation of orders.
• Food Packing and Delivery:
  • Carefully pack all food items, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to quality standards.
  • Check each order against receipts to ensure completeness and accuracy.
  • Deliver food to designated locations within the club or for curbside pickup.
• Customer Service:
  • Greet members courteously and ensure a seamless to-go experience.
  • Address and resolve any member inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Operations and Maintenance:
  • Maintain the FC TO GO and Grab & Go areas in pristine, clean, organized, and fully stocked condition throughout the shift.
  • Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Follow all health and safety guidelines to uphold Frenchman's Creek’s standards.
• Nightly Reporting:
  • Complete the nightly report using the approved format, including sales, top sellers, product tracking, member issues, comped meals, operational challenges, opportunities for improvement, and staffing notes.
  • Document member issues under Issue, Challenge, and Opportunity, and list all comped meals separately.
• Opening and Closing Duties:
  • Complete all opening and closing checklists thoroughly and know where the current checklists are located.
  • Maintain the driver time sheet, and inspect, clean, and charge all issued Frenchman’s Creek vehicles at the end of each shift.
  • The closing team member must check out with the Manager on Duty before leaving.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in food service, hospitality, or customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
• Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality.
• Familiarity with POS systems and order-tracking tools is a plus.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee may work in food-service preparation and pickup areas, near kitchen equipment, in refrigerated or freezer areas, and outdoors during deliveries or curbside service. The employee may occasionally encounter wet floors, cleaning chemicals, temperature changes, moving equipment, vehicle traffic, and moderate to high noise levels. Employees must follow all applicable safety procedures.

The noise level in the work environment is generally moderate and may increase during peak service periods.
