Job Description

AOM Healthcare, a growing family of 21 senior living and rehabilitation facilities across Ohio, is seeking an experienced Travel Director of Nursing (DON) to bring strong clinical leadership across our portfolio. As the Travel Director of Nursing (DON), you'll support close-knit communities with dedicated teams all over Ohio — with the variety, autonomy, and impact that only a travel role offers. Prior nursing home experience is required.

The Travel Director of Nursing (DON) role is ideal for a proven Registered Nurse (RN) leader who thrives on new challenges and wants to grow with an expanding organization.

Travel Director of Nursing (DON) Duties

Provide nursing leadership across 21 facilities throughout Ohio
Guide, mentor, and support facility nursing teams
Ensure regulatory compliance and survey readiness
Travel to facilities to provide hands-on, on-site leadership
Partner with administrators to maintain high-quality resident care

Travel Director of Nursing (DON) Compensation and Schedule

Salary: $115,000 per year
Full-time with travel to 21 facilities across Ohio
Location: Ohio

Travel Director of Nursing (DON) Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Prior Director of Nursing (DON) experience OR travel nursing experience
Must have experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) / long-term care (LTC) setting
