Position Summary The Team Lead for ACT/IDDT/FOCUS House is responsible for daily administrative and clinical The Team Lead for ACT/IDDT/FOCUS House is responsible for daily administrative and clinical operations for the community-based ACT/IDDT services and FOCUS House Level II Recovery Residence. The Team Lead for ACT/IDDT/FOCUS House will provide administrative/clinical supervision to the program staff to ensure all services are delivered in accordance with agency requirements and maintaining a safe and healthy living environment for all residents in the Recovery Residence program. The Team Lead for ACT/IDDT/FOCUS House is responsible for ensuring quality of care that aligns with the agency’s brand promise. Essential Duties And Responsibilities The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Lives out the INcompass Healthcare promise by consistently displaying compassion, treating all with dignity, and providing exceptional care for everyone. Incorporates the six principles of trauma informed care throughout all aspects of their work. Provides programmatic oversight and development specific to their programs. Ensures that the program has all resources needed. Provides clinical and administrative supervision as appropriate. Completes administrative tasks, such as: Monitors fidelity to evidence-based practices Stays abreast of agency policies, procedures, accreditation standards, and other compliance standards and provides training and support to their team. Provides on call support to program needs. Ensures staffing coverage. Participates in developing CSS/housing policies and procedures and continuously evaluates the effectiveness of current housing policies and procedures for Recovery Residences. Provides oversight to their program budget and staffing requirements. Monitors and provides oversight into quality improvement measures for their program. Ensures training requirements are met as appropriate. Provides ongoing performance appraisal including recognizing strengths and responding to their staff's needs for professional growth, such as providing plans for support and improvement as needed. Participates in internal agency initiatives, workgroups, and committees as identified. Actively identifies, engages, and maintains partnerships within the community. Builds a culture of learning, connectedness and support. Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities) A minimum of two years of experience working on an ACT/IDDT or experience with other evidence-based practices that support services for adults with serious and persistent mental health and/or substance use diagnoses Preferred bachelor’s degree in human services, nursing, social work, psychology, sociology or related field Preferred experience managing behavioral health programming and staff General knowledge of Evidenced-Based Practices, HUD rules and state regulations. Possesses the ability to work across multiple projects concurrently within a time-sensitive environment. High level of personal energy and possess a positive attitude. Must demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills and effective problem-solving skills.
