American Place Casino is expanding its Training & Development program and is seeking a dynamic Instructional Designer. You will create blended learning solutions, collaborate with SMEs, and engage frontline staff on the casino floor to tailor training to operational needs. You will deliver live, virtual, and classroom sessions, prototype new content quickly, and ensure compliance for all instructional assets. A portfolio and 3–5 years’ experience in hospitality or casino training are required. #J-18808-Ljbffr American-Place
