We are working with a home health care agency who is looking for a Care Manager for Seniors. Responsibilities Coordinate and manage the scheduling of caregivers to clients Participate in interviewing, orientation and management of caregivers Conduct in-home visits to client’s homes Job Requirements Word and Excel, and other scheduling programs Must have a driver's license Ideally prior home care scheduling experience and/or at least one year of experience in a field related to geriatric care Onsite in Westchester County daily Monday - Friday #J-18808-Ljbffr HJW Executive Search LLC
