About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Operations Officer (COO) and Integrator to join their team. The ideal candidate is a proven business operator with a strong background in leading and scaling a company at the executive level. This role is pivotal in owning the performance of the business, including revenue growth, operational execution, and team accountability. The successful COO/Integrator will be a strategic and process-oriented leader, with a focus on driving consistency, efficiency, and execution across all core functions. They will also be responsible for financial, legal, and people oversight, as well as partnering with ownership on strategic vision and growth priorities. Key responsibilities for the COO/Integrator include operational and team leadership, serving as the primary decision maker for client escalations and complex issues, and establishing operational standards that allow the business to run smoothly. The role requires a candidate who is driven, accountable, and revenue-minded, with a proven track record of driving financial and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be confident, composed, and people-focused, with the ability to lead and align the organization toward shared goals. A strong technology aptitude and experience in implementing new systems, as well as an interest in AI and emerging technologies, are also essential.
