City Year AmeriCorps members serve as student success coaches and mentors, focusing on coaching elementary to high school students to improve attendance, literacy, and math skills. You will plan and monitor progress with teachers, implement behavior systems, and help sustain a safe, engaging classroom environment throughout the school day.
