Pool Service Technician

Key Responsibilities Pool Service: Openings, closings, cleaning, and repairs Leak detection and pool equipment troubleshooting (pumps, filters, heaters, automation systems) Test and balance water chemistry Install and maintain pool systems and equipment Customer Service: Provide outstanding service and professionalism with every interaction Requirements Experience Preferred: CPO (Certified Pool Operator) Certification and 5+ years of experience are a plus, but not required Physical Fitness: Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors year-round Schedule Flexibility: Overtime and Saturday mornings during peak season Valid Driver’s License: Clean driving record required Dependability: Be ready to start work at 7:30 AM sharp Team Player: Must be willing to learn and work collaboratively What We Offer Competitive Pay: Based on experience ($14.00 – $30.00 per hour) Benefits: Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Paid Time Off Employee Discounts Training & Career Growth: On-the-job training and development opportunities Why Join Us?
