Family Law Attorney

Attorney PositionWe are currently seeking an attorney to join our Modesto office. In this role, you'll be part of a collaborative and dynamic team, working alongside experienced attorneys and gaining invaluable courtroom exposure. We also prioritize the well-being of our team members and support a healthy work-life balance.In this role, you will:Provide legal counsel to existing clients.Conduct legal research and draft/review documents, motions, etc.Make court appearances.Take and defend depositions.Help manage client files and ensure they're up-to-date.Assist with discovery in litigation and support trial preparations.Perform due diligence on contracts, agreements, and other legal matters.Attend client meetings, hearings, and other legal proceedings as needed.Qualifications:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and admission to the California State Bar required.Family LawStrong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.Excellent communication abilities.Detail-oriented with great organizational skills.Ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.Preferred Qualifications:Familiarity with legal software tools for research and document management.Two to five years of experience.
