Hiring Caregivers Home Care Aides
$18 - $20 per hourGolden Years In Home Senior Care
Job Description Job Description Join Golden Years In-Home Senior Care! We’re looking for caring, HCA-certified caregivers with a passion for serving others. If you love creating joyful moments and providing excellent care, we want you on our team! Your Role: Ensure the safety, health, and well-being of clients in their homes Tailor activities to their interests for meaningful engagement Job Requirements:
- Must be 18+
- 1 year of caregiving experience
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Fully vaccinated or exemption
- Current TB test or clear X-ray
- Fingerprint clearance (Live Scan)
- CA Home Care Aide (HCA) certification (can be obtained through us)
- Willing to travel up to 25 miles if needed
- $100 sign-on bonus after 30 days and 40 hours worked
- Competitive pay ($18–$20/hr)
- Bonuses for last-minute and weekend fill-in shifts
- Flexible schedules
