• Fellowship training in Pediatric ENT required; board-certified or board-eligible
• 100% pediatric-focused position with secondary and tertiary complex surgical cases
• Call schedule of 1:10, supported by residents and APPs; no trauma call required
• Team of 2 - 3 APPs dedicated to pediatrics, handling routine cases and perioperative care
• Option to hold an Assistant Professor appointment at an affiliated medical institution
• ENT residency program on-site with medical student rotations available
• Hospital-employed position with a well-established children's hospital in Texas
