Join Tapestry Senior Living of Springboro, OH as a part-time LPN. Earn $26.00/hr starting, with credit given for experience. Enjoy a predictable schedule with one weekday and one weekend shift every four weeks. We respond to applicants within 48 hours.

At Tapestry Senior Living of Springboro, you'll care for a small, known group of residents under a person-centered care model. Our Resident Services Director works alongside you, not just above you.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing nursing care that follows Ohio assisted living regulations and each resident's individual care plan
• Administering medications and monitoring resident health, flagging changes early
• Helping plan and coordinate services with the Resident Services Director
• Guiding and supporting care staff to keep coverage consistent across shifts
• Maintaining the care environment clean, safe, and calm for residents and families

Requirements:

• Active and unencumbered LPN license in the State of Ohio, required
• Current CPR/First Aid certification, required
• 1+ years of experience in a related field, required
• Strong communication, leadership, and organization skills

Schedule: Part-time. 7:00 AM–7:30 PM or 7:00 PM–7:30 AM. One weekday and one weekend shift every four weeks.
