Company Overview
Our client is a market-leading SaaS FinTech provider delivering automated cross-border treasury and risk-management solutions to Tier-1 financial institutions and high-growth multinational corporations. Having recently closed their Series C round ($75M), they are scaling their global Revenue Operations function to align Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success under a single, data-driven operational engine.
Position Overview
The VP of Global Revenue Operations will report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and be responsible for leading global revenue architecture, sales technology stack optimization, compensation design, forecasting, and GTM strategy execution. You will lead a global team of RevOps Managers, Salesforce Developers, and Data Analysts across North America and EMEA.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute the global RevOps strategy to support $50M to $150M+ ARR scaling roadmap.
- Lead and optimize the complete revenue tech stack (Salesforce Enterprise, Gainsight, Gong, Hubspot, Chili Piper, Clari).
- Own sales forecasting models, pipeline telemetry, and capacity planning for GTM teams globally.
- Evaluate and refine compensation structures, quotas, and territory allocations to optimize sales rep productivity.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success to eliminate operational friction and improve net retention rate (NRR).
Key Requirements
- 8+ years of RevOps or Sales Operations leadership experience in a scaling B2B SaaS environment (Scale-up to $50M+ ARR experience required).
- FinTech, Banking, or Financial Software sector exposure is strongly preferred.
- Deep mastery of Salesforce architecture, data warehousing (Snowflake/BigQuery), and modern BI tools (Looker/Tableau).
- Proven track record of managing multi-tiered global RevOps teams.
- Exceptional quantitative analytical skills combined with executive management experience.
