Start on 10/19/2026 with an engaging 4x10-day shift schedule, working in a fast-paced, Level I Trauma setting.Location: Indianapolis, INStart Date: 10/19/2026End Date: 01/11/2027Shift: Day 4x10-Hour (07:00 - 17:30)Hours/Week: 40 hoursEmployment Type: Contract, W-2Certifications Needed: BCLS, NBSTSAExperience: Minimum 2 years, Trauma Level I experience requiredPay & BenefitsPay Rate: $50.69/hourBenefits:Competitive pay packagesWeekly pay schedule via direct depositComprehensive medical benefits (W-2)Robust referral bonus programPaid sick time in accordance with applicable lawsLicensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicableWhat You'll DoProvide surgical assistance across Neuro, Orthopedic Trauma, GYN, Urology, ENT, Plastics, and General proceduresSupport trauma and neuro surgeries, including Level I trauma cases, brain, and spine surgeriesAssist with complex procedures such as craniotomies, VP shunt placements, thrombectomies, thoracotomies, and organ donationsOperate and support with specialized equipment, including DaVinci XI robotic systemMaintain sterile technique and ensure safety standards in a high-volume surgical environmentCollaborate with surgical teams to facilitate smooth, efficient proceduresProvide top-tier care and support operating room teams to optimize patient outcomesWhat You NeedRequired:Certified Surgical Technologist (NBSTSA certification)BCLS certificationMinimum 2 years of OR experience, with trauma level I backgroundHands-on experience with neuro, trauma, ortho, and specialty casesAbility to work 40 hours per week on day shiftsMust have Level I Trauma certification and 3s and 4s in Neuro and TraumaPreferred:Experience with DaVinci XI robotic systemExperience in neuro, spine, craniotomies, and vascular proceduresBackground in ENT, plastics, laparoscopic, and gynecological surgeriesFlexible on local acceptance and interview availabilityAbout the Assignment This position is based at a leading healthcare facility in Indianapolis, IN, known for advanced trauma and surgical care.
