Sr ERP Recruiter

We are looking for an experienced ERP Recruiter to join our team in Bedford, MA. This role focuses on full-cycle recruitment for ERP technologies (SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, etc.) within a fast-paced US IT staffing environment. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing expertise, experience working on ERP requirements, and a solid understanding of the US hiring landscape. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation Work on ERP requirements across technologies such as SAP, Oracle ERP, PeopleSoft, Workday, and MS Dynamics Build and maintain a strong pipeline of ERP consultants and full-time candidates Utilize job boards and sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, and internal ATS tools Coordinate interviews and ensure a seamless hiring process for candidates and clients Understand and manage US work authorization types (W2, C2C, 1099, GC, USC, etc.) Partner with sales/account managers to fulfill open requirements quickly and efficiently Maintain strong candidate relationships and provide excellent candidate experience Required Skills & Qualifications 2–6+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment , with a focus on ERP roles Strong experience hiring for SAP modules (ABAP, FICO, HCM, SCM) , Oracle ERP, or similar technologies Proven expertise in Boolean search, sourcing strategies, and candidate screening Hands-on experience with ATS/tools like JobDiva, LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster Good understanding of the US recruitment process and compliance requirements Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a US IT Staffing/Consulting environment Experience handling high-volume and niche ERP roles Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Why Join MRCC Opportunity to work with leading US clients across industries High-growth environment with strong earning potential Collaborative team culture and leadership exposure Exposure to niche and emerging ERP technologies #J-18808-Ljbffr
