• Experience: Minimum 2 years of ICU experience; ICU float experience preferred

Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Pay Rate: $59.18/hour

What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality ICU nursing care to diverse patient populations across multiple units including Neuro ICU, Surgical ICU, MICU, Cardiology, CVICU, SICU, and NCCU
• Float within units of equal or lower acuity to meet staffing needs
• Manage ventilator support, telemetry, IV starts, and other critical care procedures
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Document patient progress and interventions accurately using EPIC electronic health record system
• Adapt quickly to different ICU environments based on staffing and patient acuity

What You Need

• Ohio RN license (active)
• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications (current)
• Minimum 2 years ICU experience
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic health records
• Skills in IV starting, telemetry monitoring, and ventilator management
• Previous travel nursing experience strongly preferred
