Music School Front Desk Coordinator - Santa Monica, CA

About the Position
Green Brooms Music Academy is seeking a responsible, fun, detail-oriented candidate for our Front Desk Lesson Coordinator position. The successful candidate will be an organized, motivated self-starter with a strong customer service mindset. A demonstrated interest in music and music education would be an asset. The required hours for this position are Tuesday-Thursday 3-8 pm and Saturdays 9:30 am-4:30 pm. (20 hours per week)

Primary Responsibilities Include:

• Registering new clients
• Client scheduling
• Client billing
• Teacher scheduling
• Answer calls & emails
• Daily Schedule Revision

• Reception, During Teaching Hours
  • Greet clients and make sure students find their correct teacher
  • Answer phone calls and emails regarding current and new student scheduling 
• Help assist in planning recitals and other events 
• Social Media
  • Create and post Instagram and Facebook content 
  • Posting on Google business
• Regular up-keep of the school
  • Vacuuming, maintaining restrooms, keeping the front desk organized, and resetting the school for the next day 
• General administrative tasks as needed

Green Brooms Music Academy is a private and group lesson school in Santa Monica serving students of all backgrounds.
