Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (Travel LPN)

Location: 302 Cedar Ridge Rd, Sissonville, WV 25320

Facility: LTC/SNf

Shift: 7pm – 7am (Schedule flexible to center's needs. Every other weekend required.)

Contract: 6 weeks

Pay rate: $40/hr on w2

Start: TBD

Requirements:

State LPN license
BLS/CPR preferred

Min 1 -2 year of LPN experience in rehab or skilled nursing facility will be preferred.
Duties include taking vitals, assisting with ADL’s, transportation, medicine administration and reminders, assisting RN’s.
Care/Rehab or skilled nursing facility is preferred.
