RN - Emergency Department

We are seeking a Staff Registered Nurse (RN) responsible for providing patient care through the nursing process, utilizing current trends, technology, and resources within the healthcare setting. Key Duties Include Performing patient assessments, developing, implementing, and modifying individualized care plans. Ensuring patient and staff safety by reporting hazards and incidents. Documenting care accurately and timely, verifying physician orders, and assisting with medical procedures. Monitoring patients hourly, managing supplies, medications, and equipment, and maintaining a clean environment. Collaborating with healthcare team members, offering peer feedback, and contributing to a positive, healing environment. Providing training and supervision to new staff, and communicating effectively with patients, families, and colleagues. Qualifications include Valid RN license, Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
