In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely assistance , resolving inquiries , and ensuring a positive experience as a key part in shaping how customers feel about our brand. What You Will Do Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a friendly and timely manner Troubleshooting issues and guiding customers through product features and solutions Resolving concerns efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction Collaborating with internal teams to tackle more complex support cases Accurately documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records What You Bring A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service 2+ years of experience in a customer support role Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong problem-solving abilities, especially in technical situations Ability to stay calm, empathetic, and professional under pressure Great a ttention to detail and solid organizational skills Experience using CRM or help desk platforms (a plus) Flexibility to work some Saturdays within a scheduled rotation What We Bring Flexible work hours for your work-life balance Fun company events that connect our team.
