Bricktown Brewery is looking for hardworking, detail-oriented Dishwashers to keep our kitchen running smoothly and our guests coming back for more.
What You'll Do:
As a Dishwasher, you'll play a vital role in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen. Your responsibilities include:
- Washing all dishes, glasses, pots, pans, and utensils used throughout the shift
- Setting up and maintaining the three-compartment sink for hand-washed equipment
- Putting away deliveries and organizing storage areas
- Sweeping, mopping, and keeping kitchen floors clean and safe
- Maintaining the dishwasher and other cleaning equipment
- Communicating with team members to support a smooth shift
Who You Are:
- A team player with strong communication skills
- Able to lift 2550 lbs and stay active in a fast-paced environment for up to 8 hours
- Comfortable with physical tasks, including bending, kneeling, stretching, pushing/pulling, and repetitive motion using hands and wrists
