Your Responsibilities

* Utilize our proprietary platform alongside your personal network to identify potential healthcare candidates

* Initiate contact with prospective candidates to discuss opportunities at MLR and assess their interest

* Arrange meetings between candidates and our recruiters for a thorough evaluation

* Follow up with candidates to sustain interest and aid their hiring process

* Keep precise and updated records in our applicant tracking system

* Generate commission based on meetings scheduled, interviews held, and hires resulting from your leads
