Now Hiring: Shuttle Driver Location: EVEN Hotel Bozeman Yellowstone Int'l Airport Escort incoming hotel guests to their rooms and assist with luggage. Inspect guest rooms to ensure they are in order and adequately stocked with supplies. Explain room features such as television, telephone, and in-room movie systems. Provide information about available hotel services, facilities, points of interest, and entertainment attractions. Page guests in the lobby, dining areas, and other parts of the property. Deliver messages and run errands as needed. Maintain the courtesy van, including washing, cleaning, and fueling. Raise, lower, and ensure proper handling of American, state, and brand flags. Keep the lobby tidy, including trash disposal, cleaning seating areas, front doors, and floors. Maintain the front port cochere by picking up trash, cleaning oil leaks, shoveling snow, melting ice, and hosing off sidewalks. Attend and participate in monthly front desk meetings. Assist other departments as necessary. Occasionally deliver room service orders and pick up articles for laundry and valet service. Call taxis for guests and transport them around the property or local area in the hotel van. Maintain records of service calls. Deliver packages, suitcases, and trunks. Report to work for scheduled shifts, on time, and in uniform according to company policy. Comply with all company policies and procedures related to this position. Perform other duties as required or requested. Skills & Abilities Strong leadership, management, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently. Effective multitasking and prioritization skills. Education & Experience Minimum of a High School diploma or GED. Current Driver’s License required. Hours Scheduling may vary due to the nature of the business, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Physical Requirements Heavy work: Exerting 50 to 100 pounds of force occasionally; up to 25 to 50 pounds of force frequently; and 10 to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Requires significant walking or standing. Environmental Conditions Primarily indoors with protection from weather conditions, but potential exposure to temperature changes.
