Pelvic Rehabilitation Medicine (PRM) is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Medical Assistant to join our mission-driven team. Responsibilities Greet and assist patients with empathy and professionalism, ensuring their comfort and privacy Obtain and record patient medical histories, vital signs, and other relevant information accurately Prepare examination rooms and assist physicians during patient exams and procedures Support evidence-based treatment protocols and holistic care approaches Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations Coordinate patient scheduling, follow-up appointments, and referrals to ensure access to care Educate patients about procedures, treatments, and aftercare instructions Collaborate with the clinical and front office teams to deliver seamless, patient-centered service Uphold PRM’s values of empathy, validation, and leadership through experience in every interaction Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a Medical Assistant program preferred 1+ years of experience as a Medical Assistant or in a similar clinical support role (new graduates with strong passion for patient care are encouraged to apply) Demonstrated commitment to compassionate, empathetic, and holistic patient care Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and basic computer skills Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Willingness to learn about pelvic pain conditions and evidence-based treatments Alignment with PRM’s mission and values, including access to care, empathy & validation, and patient-centered innovation Benefits Health, Vision, Dental, Paid Holidays and PTO, FSA, 401k, Competitive Compensation with $4,000 Bonus Potential #J-18808-Ljbffr MissionHires
