Every day, we help patients throughout our community receive high-quality, affordable healthcare in a welcoming environment where relationships matter.Why You'll Love Working HereMonday-Friday schedule (8:00 AM-5:00 PM)No evenings, weekends, or major holidaysStarting pay of $17.00-$20.00/hour based on experience14 days Paid Time OffUp to 5 Wellness Days each year for appointments, sick days, etc.13 Paid HolidaysMedical, Dental, and Vision InsuranceEmployer-paid Life and Disability InsuranceEmployee Assistance Program403(b) Retirement Plan with Employer MatchWhat You'll DoAs a Medical Assistant, you'll work closely with our providers to deliver exceptional primary care while helping patients feel welcomed, informed, and cared for.Responsibilities include:Rooming patients and preparing them for their scheduled visitsObtaining and documenting medical histories, current medications, and vital signsAssisting providers with patient examinations and minor in-office proceduresCollecting specimens and performing routine screenings and clinical testsAccurately documenting patient care and clinical information in Athena EMR (Electronic Medical Records system)Supporting efficient patient flow throughout the clinicCommunicating professionally with patients, families, providers, and other members of the care teamRequirementsHigh school diploma or GED requiredMedical Assistant Certification preferred but not requiredExcellent communication and customer service skillsA team player who enjoys helping othersExperience in a medical office is helpful, but we encourage motivated candidates from healthcare or customer service backgrounds to applyIf you're looking for a rewarding career where your work truly impacts your community, we'd love to hear from you.
