Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will assist Occupational Therapist in the treatment of patients. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of therapeutic interventions that enhance patient outcomes.
- Additional Benefits:
- Paid time off equaling 5 weeks/year (3 weeks PTO / 10 Paid Holidays)

- Salary positions available
- No Report writing for COTAs, only SOAP notes.
- Documentation time paid at clinical rate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized treatment plans as directed by the supervising Occupational Therapist.
- Provide direct patient care, including conducting therapy sessions.
- Monitor patient progress and document outcomes as required.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to support patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on communication strategies and therapy exercises.
- Maintain accurate records and comply with all regulatory and ethical standards.
- Participate in team meetings, training, and professional development activities.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant or a related field.
- Current certification or licensure as a Occupational Therapy Assistant
- Strong understanding of speech and language development and disorders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care.
