Job Requirements include: Working with various elements of steel fabrication and welding Required to perform assigned tasks with a high degree of quality and efficiency. Must have a working knowledge of metal materials and mechanical aptitude. Safe use of both hand and power tools. Have a valid driver’s license and a solid attendance record. Pass a welding test and own a welding helmet. Be able to stand for long periods of time. Ability to use hand and power tools safely, read a tape measure, work on multiple projects at a time, in a fast-paced environment. Maintain a positive teamwork atmosphere by actions, communicating and teamwork. Follow all safe work practices. Keep a clean and organized workspace. Must be able to pass a pre-hire drug screen and a background check Experience: 2-3 years MIG welding and or fabrication experience Prior carbon steel welding, grinding, and cutting experience. Welding certificates a plus but not required.
