Brand Ambassador – Boutique Cigar Brand (Remote / U.S.-Based) Croatian Mafia Cigars is a veteran-owned, boutique cigar brand that blends family tradition with bold storytelling. We import premium hand-rolled cigars from Estelí, Nicaragua, and are committed to crafting a lifestyle rooted in respect, quality, and character. We are now accepting applications for Brand Ambassadors to help expand our presence online and in the cigar community nationwide. Position: Brand Ambassador Location: Remote (Preference for Dallas-Fort Worth candidates, but open to applicants across the U.S.) Type: Part-Time / Contract Role Compensation: Monthly cigar allocation, Croatian Mafia swag & merchandise, and performance-based bonuses What You’ll Do: Represent Croatian Mafia Cigars across your personal and cigar-related social media platforms Promote brand identity and blends (Soldier, Capo, Boss, Under Boss, Consigliere) Post a minimum of 3 branded social media posts per week (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, etc.) Engage with cigar communities, forums, and followers Attend local and regional cigar events (lounges, pop-ups, herfs) Distribute promotional items and swag at select events Share brand updates and participate in product launch promos Help build brand credibility and connect us to potential retailers or lounges in your area What You’ll Receive: Monthly inventory of premium hand-rolled cigars (from our Estelí, Nicaragua factory) Exclusive Croatian Mafia Cigars swag & promo items Feature on our website and social media Performance-based bonuses and exclusive insider updates Opportunity to grow into a regional lead role or full-time position What We’re Looking For: Passionate about cigars and cigar culture and knowledgeable about Cigars Active social media presence with public profiles and good engagement (1,000 + Followers either on Facebook or Instagram) and actively posting and promoting Cigars, Cigar life, living the Cigar Life Experience attending or hosting cigar events a plus Self-motivated, professional, and reliable Previous brand ambassador or influencer experience a strong plus Located in the U.S. (Dallas-Fort Worth preferred but not required) Ready to represent the family?
