Painter 1 (2nd Shift)

Responsibilities Paint aircraft landing gear components using work instructions, technical data, and experience. Operate personal protective equipment (PPE) during operations. Properly document work performed and update daily logs. Support preparation for final inspection of parts. Install components using tools, equipment and special tools as required. Clean parts by steam and/or solvent cleaning in accordance with overhaul manual and GR specifications. Interpret blueprints and overhaul manuals for disassembly purposes. Operate hand tools, electrical and pneumatic tools. Speak, read and understand English. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Minimum 1 year manufacturing experience. Ability to interpret blueprints and overhaul manuals for disassembly. Basic computer skills. Ability to operate hand tools, electrical and pneumatic tools.
