Responsibilities May Include:

Medication administration

Skilled nursing assessments

Trach/vent care (if applicable)

G-tube management

Wound care

Patient & family education

Accurate documentation

Requirements:

Active GA RN or LPN license (or compact)

Current BLS certification

Valid drivers license

TB test (current per guidelines)

Authorized to work in the U.S.
