We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and highly motivated Customer Service Representative to support our team on second shift. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced emergency environment, enjoys helping both people and pets during stressful situations, and can remain calm, organized, and professional overnight. Schedule and Compensation 2nd shift; rotating schedule Week 1; Monday 1p-7p Tuesday 1p-7p Wednesday 1p-1a Week 2 Monday 1p-7p Tuesday 1p-7p Saturday 1p-1a Starting pay: $17-$23/hour Overnight shift differential: +$2/hour for hours worked between 8:00 PM and 6:00 AM Weekend shift differential: +$2/hour Differentials do not stack Qualifications Previous client service/customer service experience required; veterinary or medical experience preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. As the first point of contact for many emergency and specialty clients, CSRs play a critical role in supporting hospital operations, maintaining efficient patient flow, and guiding clients through emotional or urgent situations with empathy and professionalism.
