OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Fairbury, NE by HMD Trucking

Requirements

• 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
• No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
• No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
• No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
• Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Vacancy description

Based in Fairbury, NE, you’ll handle long-haul dry van runs across the country for a driver-first carrier. Routes generally average around 2,500 miles weekly with strong mileage pay starting at 65 CPM and additional bonuses for safety and referrals.

Key responsibilities:

• Safely operate dry van equipment, perform required inspections, and properly secure cargo.
• Keep accurate logs and meet DOT and company compliance standards.
• Communicate with dispatch to ensure timely nationwide deliveries.

Equipment & support:

• Late-model trucks with APUs, inverters and sleepers, plus reliable in-house maintenance and biweekly home time.

Requirements: Valid CDL-A and minimum 12 months of verifiable experience.
