Shift Leader Position At Five Guys Burgers And Fries

Apply today for the role of Shift Leader at Five Guys. It's been a favorite since 1986. Shift Leaders are expected to provide excellent customer service and prepare great food for our guests while maintaining a clean and organized restaurant.
As well as being proficient in all areas of the restaurant, the Shift Leader is also responsible for but to limited to:
- Ensuring proper quality (Quality Control or QC) of food and service
- Ensuring the practice of proper food safety and handling by the team
- Communication with the team in an efficient and proper manner
- Identifying and dealing with current and potential problems
- Maintaining organization and cleanliness during both peak and non-peak hours of business
- Proper delegation of tasks pertaining to all of the above
- Being full aware of how Secret Shops, Health Inspections, and Steritech are conducted
- Cash management/handling
- Shift Management (Overseeing a crew of up to 10 Team Members)
