What You'll Do

• Train and educate patients on the use of the Tablo Hemodialysis System for home dialysis
• Guide patients through treatment setup, operation, and troubleshooting
• Monitor patient competency and ensure safety during at-home treatment
• Provide ongoing support and reinforce training to improve patient outcomes
• Collaborate effectively with clinic teams to ensure continuity of care
• Document training progress and patient outcomes accurately
• Manage a patient load of 2 to 3 training sessions per day

What You Need

• Required:
• Active RN license in Texas
• Recent dialysis experience
• Experience with the Tablo Hemodialysis System
• Strong patient education and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage training schedules
• Preferred:
• Home health or chronic care experience
