You'll be responsible for the installation, ongoing maintenance, and necessary repairs for the facility and the production equipment. You will work with a variety of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems and controls. We innovate the nutrition products and practices that unlock the full potential of every animal for a healthier, more productive life.**Key Responsibilities:**- Complies with all safety processes and insists on safety practices of self and others- Shows up on time, completes tasks by deadlines, and adapts to changes quickly- Monitors performance of plant machinery and equipment for proper operating performance; performs regular and preventive maintenance, repairs, diagnoses, tests, troubleshoots, and inspections on all machinery and equipment; documents work accordingly- Ensures all standard operating procedures are followed- Able to multi-task and keep up with demands in a fast-paced environment- Other duties as assigned**Required Experience and Skills:**- Must be 18 years or older- 1 year of industrial or building facility maintenance experience- Basic computer and math skills- Able to read, write, comprehend, follow verbal and written instructions and product manuals- Willingness to learn new skills, problem-solve and troubleshoot- Strong collaboration, communication skills, and is always respectful**Preferred Experience:**- 1 to 3+ years' experience working with basic electrical systems, compressors, welding, plumbing, conveyers, hydraulics, packaging, PLC, pneumatics, preventive maintenance, and pumps.- LOTO experience- Forklift experience**Physical Requirements:**- Able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds- Frequent movement including walking, standing, bending/stooping, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, raising arms, lifting, climbing and other active movements- Performing duties while wearing personal protective equipment- Working in temperature zones that include cold and/or hot environments for extended periods and may include areas where dust and chemicals are present**About Land O'Lakes, Inc.**Join us and be part of a Fortune 250, farmer- and member-owned cooperative that is reimagining the business of food.
