Primary Responsibilities Provides financial oversight of all sales and profit goals, including management of payroll budgets, expenses, store banking, shrink reduction, and other key company initiatives. Demonstrates Ollie’s “Yes I Care, Yes I Can” behaviors to provide exceptional associate and customer service experiences, ensuring that all company standards are consistently demonstrated. Executes company strategies for merchandising, store standards, seasonal transition planning, and inventory processes to meet operational goals and expectations. Acts as a “talent grower”: coaches, trains, develops, evaluates, supervises, and schedules store associates to meet staffing budgets. Maintains proper security of the store location and all company assets. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of 3 years of retail management experience with a mid‑to‑large size retailer. Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and seasonal periods on a regular basis. Valid driver’s license. Physical Requirements Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds. Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a safe manner.
