Key Responsibilities

• Contribute professional and clinical knowledge and skills in the provision and management of patient care as a member of the interdisciplinary team
• Deliver high-quality emergency nursing care to patients presenting with acute and critical conditions
• Utilize EPIC EMR for accurate and timely documentation of patient care
• Collaborate with the care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Float within the same discipline across local campuses as needed

Required Qualifications

• Active Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license
• TNCC certification (required)
• ACLS – American Heart Association (required)
• PALS – American Heart Association (required)
• NIHSS certification (required)
• De-escalation certification (required)
• Minimum 1 year of Emergency Room nursing experience required
• Valid Driver's License required
• Must have a taxable address located at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a regional or high-volume emergency department setting
• Familiarity with EPIC EMR
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
