PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position.The Personal Banker will:Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve the customer's financial wellbeing.Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customer's share of wallet.Position PNC solutions to drive new revenue and customer loyalty.Drive proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions.Create customer loyalty and grow customer share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience.Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate and solve customer problems effectively.Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures.PNC Employees take pride in our reputation and to continue building upon that we expect our employees to be:Customer FocusedManaging RiskRoles at this level typically require an Associates or equivalent degree as well as related experience or product knowledge to accomplish primary duties. Typically requires 3+ years experience.
