Licensed Land Surveyor - Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

AeroFrohne is hiring independent contractor Licensed Land Surveyors in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to support hybrid field and documentation work for the Oklahoma City, OK market and nearby Oklahoma project sites. This contract surveyor opportunity focuses on boundary survey support, ALTA/NSPS land title survey coordination, topographic survey documentation, platting support, site verification, and deliverables for commercial, residential, civic, campus‑adjacent, and infrastructure‑oriented projects. Strong communication, schedule discipline, quality control, and the ability to coordinate with architects, engineers, clients, and field capture teams are required. Oklahoma licensure is required; multi‑state licensure is a plus. Responsibilities Support Oklahoma City‑area surveying documentation and client deliverables aligned with project requirements. Coordinate with AEC and field teams to validate site conditions, access constraints, boundaries, easements, and right‑of‑way considerations. Maintain schedule discipline, professional communication, and quality control for hybrid field and remote documentation workflows. Prepare or review boundary and retracement survey support materials. Support ALTA/NSPS land title survey coordination and due‑diligence deliverables. Support topographic survey documentation for Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and nearby Oklahoma sites. Support platting, site verification, and record drawing coordination where applicable. Requirements Active Licensed Surveyor credential in Oklahoma. B.S in Geomatics. Located in or able to support projects in the Oklahoma City, OK market. Willing to support hybrid work that may include Oklahoma City‑area field visits, remote documentation, and occasional travel for nationwide projects. Criminal background investigation required.
