- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs.
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols.
- Work independently or as part of a team to complete tasks efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service and build lasting client relationships.
- Handle special requests and additional services as needed.
- Maintain a positive attitude and a professional appearance at all times.
- Previous experience in residential cleaning or a related field is preferred.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Must be dependable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to undergo background checks and training.
- Flexible schedule, with availability for weekends and holidays.
