As a Shift Leader for Sardi's, you will be expected to maintain accountability for the efficient and profitable operation of their Sardi's location. You will consistently deliver "impeccable service" to our guests; provide food of highest quality with great flavors and great value; create and maintain an environment of trust, credibility, and respect. You will ensure Sardi's policies and procedures are implemented and maintained in a consistent manner.
