HireKraft is conducting a search for a Business Process & Use Case Lead – Manufacturing Operations to support a large-scale manufacturing transformation initiative focused on digital factory operations and business enablement.

This role is ideal for candidates with experience in manufacturing operations, process transformation, digital use case definition, and cross-functional business and IT collaboration.

Important:

• This is a permanent full-time direct hire position (not contract)

• Candidates must currently live in or be willing to relocate to the Detroit Metro, Atlanta, or Reston area

• Define and align end-to-end manufacturing business processes

• Translate operational needs into digital use cases and requirements

• Facilitate workshops with business and IT stakeholders

• Support process optimization and operational alignment initiatives

• Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities

Requirements

• 6+ years of process transformation or consulting experience

• Experience within manufacturing or industrial environments

• Experience translating business requirements into digital initiatives

• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills

• Ability to operate within complex transformation environments
