Customer Experience Representative – Full Time, Hourly, Hybrid Location: East Stroudsburg, PA Reports to: Customer Service Manager Job Summary Process orders from customers in a timely manner, ensuring order accuracy and compliance with customer requirements. Handle other customer requests or issues that may or may not relate directly to an order, process sample requests, and assist with general office duties assigned to the customer service department. Key Strengths Pleasant demeanor Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Strong computer skills Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Ability to prioritize tasks Efficiency and accuracy Excellent organizational skills Collaboration with multiple levels within the organization Willingness to serve the customer professionally and promptly Teamwork orientation Position Requirements 4‑year college graduate (preferred) Ability to multitask effectively Organize work to meet customer or corporate demands Prioritize critical tasks and ensure timely completion Areas of Responsibility Answer the telephone and follow up as needed Process orders – taking, printing, allocating inventory, completing purchase orders for direct shipments, arranging freight, and meeting customer instructions Order acknowledgement – updating comments, providing timely delivery updates, and reviewing PO instructions Interface with customers regarding orders and resolve any issues Process direct shipments with suppliers and carriers Process sample requests Handle customer complaints, including documentation, disposition, and corrective action Maintain certificate analysis files Update customer information and specific requirements Perform general office duties (filing, copying, faxing, word processing) Maintain a clean and safe working environment Promote teamwork within the department and across all departments and affiliates Adhere to departmental policies and procedures, including Responsible Distribution™ principles Assume additional activities and responsibilities as directed by management Physical Demands and Work Environment Characteristics The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, talk, or hear. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
