What You’ll Do

This role is all about people.

You’ll talk with customers, solve problems, and turn tough situations into great experiences. A big part of the role is helping customers who are thinking about leaving, and showing them why staying with Croach is the right call.

• Be the  friendly, confident voice that customers remember—for the right reasons.
• Work with your team to find solutions that actually stick
• Collaborate with service and office teams to ensure a smooth customer experience

• Strong communication skills
• Basic computer/typing skills
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
