Mixing Operator Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Operate mixers to prepare dough, monitor oven temperatures, and ensure product quality throughout the mixing and baking process.
• Read and follow recipes.
• Weigh, measure and combine ingredients.
• Cook fillings & icing.
• Adhere to production schedule.
• Coordinate production timing with Operations Manager, Makeup Room Lead and Oven Operator.

Mixing Operator Requirements:

• Standing 12+ hours.
• Lifting up to 50lbs.
• Working in warm conditions.
• Work in fast-paced environment.
